Group Pilates Classes
I Heart Pilates offers a variety of group Pilates classes for all ages and experience levels.
Based on traditional Pilates and infused with a contemporary approach and East and West Coast influences, these classes utilize the most essential piece of Pilates apparatus, the Reformer. They are designed to give you a whole body workout, increased core strength, and improved flexibility to create the perfect Pilates body.
A beginning Reformer class perfect for the client new to Pilates or for those wanting to deepen their understanding of Pilates principles and core concepts. This class focuses on strengthening and stretching the whole body, creating long, lean muscle tone and flexibility. Class time 1 hour.
This contemporary class offers a full body workout on the Balanced Body studio reformer, along with chair and springboard. Class time 1 hour.
Full body cardio workout on the Chair, and Springboard with Level II Reformer work. Class time 1 hour.
Full-body workout on the Reformer using Jump and Spring Board. Get fit faster with added cardio and challenging leg work for extra toning of thighs, glutes, and abs. Class time 1 hour.
The Tower is a Pilates apparatus that adds variety and challenges the body in a new way to further stretch and strengthen. It provides a total body strengthening workout, without stress on your joints. Tower exercises focus on opening the hips, chest, lengthening the spine and emphasis on breathing to deepen each stretch.

Group cardio Pilates Apparatus class on the Tower and Cadillac. Stronger leg work and advanced core/abdominal required for many of the exercises. Challenging and fun class with incorporated stretching and push-through bar.
